About Our Products

Q1: Is DAMCO honey 100% pure?
Yes. Our honey is directly sourced and government-supported to ensure purity, quality, and authenticity. We never mix sugar, artificial flavors, or preservatives.

Q2: Does honey crystallize? Is it still safe?
Yes, natural honey may crystallize over time. This is a normal process and does not affect purity or quality. Simply place the jar in warm water to liquefy.

Q3: Can children consume honey?
Honey is safe for children above 1 year old. It should not be given to infants under 12 months.

Orders & Payments

Q4: How can I place an order?
You can place an order directly through our website by selecting your preferred honey product, adding it to your cart, and completing the checkout process.

Q5: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments through debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets. All transactions are encrypted for your safety.

Q6: Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order has not been shipped, you may request a modification or cancellation by contacting us immediately at support@damcohoney.com. Once dispatched, modifications are not possible.

  • Metro Cities: 4–6 working days

  • Other Locations: 5–10 working days
    Delivery time may vary due to courier availability or unforeseen delays.

Q8: Do you charge for shipping?

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹[X amount].

  • A standard fee applies for orders below this value.

Q9: Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to monitor your shipment.

Returns & Refunds

Q10: Can I return a product?
Due to the consumable nature of honey, returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Q11: How do I request a refund?
Simply email us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos/videos of the issue. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
